Villa target Boumsong ready to quit Panathinaikos

Panathinaikos defender Jean-Alain Boumsong admits he is ready to leave Greece in January.

A return to Auxerre has been mentioned, while Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish is also keen.

"I do not know anything, but I would not mind. I would like to return to France," he said.
