Wolves have had a bid accepted for Crewe Alexandra midfielder Luke Murphy.
But a £1 million deal is far from being completed with Premier League interest also arriving for Murphy.
The Sentinel says Premier LeagueSwansea City scouted the playmaker last season and may make an offer after narrowly missing out on Murphy's old teammate Ashley Westwood, who signed for Aston Villa for £1.5m last summer.
Villa have also been linked in recent weeks.
