Villa striker Bent ready for showdown with Man City No1 Hart

Aston Villa ace Darren Bent is up for a big performance against Manchester City today.

Its another chance to put one over his big friend and England ­teammate Joe Hart.

Bent said: “I think that Joe’s the best goalkeeper in the world right now, I really do.

“He’s made save after save this ­season and his personality is so strong – considering how young he is, he seems to have age ­beyond his years.

“With England, we are always ­having banter about penalty saves and stuff like that – he was in goal when I scored against City last year, so I gave him a bit of stick after that as well.

“Whenever I score against him, I ­always give him stick – ­hopefully, that will ­happen again on ­Sunday.”
