Liverpool's interest in Villa striker Darren Bent continues to rumble on.

And the Express & Star says there are still big rumours in Liverpool that Villa striker Bent will end up at Anfield by the end of January.

But there are also suggestions that Andy Carroll could make the journey in the opposite space.
