Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor admits manager Paul Lambert spelt out some home truths after defeat to QPR.
Lambert and assistant Roy Keane addressed the team in the Loftus Road dressing room for a lengthy period after last Monday's loss.
"It wasn't angry words, it was just stuff we could improve on," says Agbonlahor. "The whole management and staff were involved. We know as a team that the record we have had is not good enough. It was everyone speaking about how they could do better."
