Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor is open to a move to Sunderland.
The Daily Mail says with Villa owner Randy Lerner looking to cut costs, he would have to move players on to compensate for Grant Holt's arrival from Norwich City, and Agbonlahor is at the front of the queue.
The 25-year-old will welcome a reunion with O'Neill, having enjoyed his best form at Villa under the Ulsterman.
Agbonlahor hit double figures in terms of goals in three successive seasons under O'Neill, but since his departure the former England international has netted just eight times in two seasons.
