Aston Villa signing Jores Okore says he models his game on former Chelsea captain Marcel Desailly.

The 20-year-old is hoping follow in the footsteps of World Cup winner Desailly by being a big hit in the top flight.

"I really looked up to Marcel Desailly when I was young and I still do," he said.

"He was my favourite player and hopefully I can play like him and bring a lot into the Premier League like he did."
