Aston Villa chief Richard FitzGerald has revealed it'll be all change off the pitch at Villa Park this summer.
While Martin O'Neill looks to build a side to secure European football, FitzGerald's task is to match on-field progress with off-field success.
"There's a lot to be done. Slowly we are getting everything done, but I say slowly because there is just so much still to do. The LED boards, taking back our media rights
"We are not even into our training ground yet, we haven't launched our retail stores, or started working with Nike. A lot of that is still a fair way away because there is still so much to do.
"Ultimately it is up to the team but we have a long way to go with our integrated partnerships in football. What we want to do with them is make sure that they do not get lost in the clutter."
Villa put media rights up for sale in February, producing a tender document looking at next season's domestic and international television rights, mobile, home video, website, matchday video and broadband services.
The club is also investigating a centralised production process, which could allow much of its media content to created in-house.
Work is ongoing with a number of partners and FitzGerald added: "We have made very good progress. Things have gone very smoothly but, as I say, there is a long way to go."
