Elliot Parish has joined Cardiff City permanently from Aston Villa.

The 21-year old goalkeeper was on loan with the Bluebirds from September but has now signed a deal with the Championship club.

Parish was touted as one for the future by Villa but feels that first team football will be easier to obtain in the South of Wales and departs the West Midlands of England after coming through the Villa youth academy.
