Fabian Delph has been sent back to parent club Aston Villa after picking up an ankle injury on loan at Leeds United.
The 22-year old midfielder sustained the injury in Tuesday night's loss at Coventry City and will head back to Villa Park for treatment although Leeds expect it to be a matter of days before he is available again.
"Fab's a good player. Against Bristol City and Brighton I thought he played well. He's a big influence and he'll be a big loss.""Fab will be out for Saturday. He's gone back to Villa to be assessed, but he is being monitored and we're hoping it will be a case of days," said Leeds' caretaker boss Neil Redfearn ahead of this weekend's home meeting with Doncaster Rovers.
