Aston Villa are preparing a bid for Crystal Palace teenager Sean Scannell.
The Daily Star says Villa manager Martin O'Neill is preparing a £3 million bid for Scannell, who was watched against Sheffield Wednesday by Newcastle and Arsenal scouts.
