Victor Moses appears set to leave Wigan Athletic in the summer.
Moses' current agreement expires in June 2013 and his representative Tony Finnigan says they have pulled out of talks with the club.
"Victor Moses has just a year left on his contract with Wigan Athletic and we were about to start talks on the extension when he said he does not want to sign a new deal," Finnigan told the Mirror.
Moses has blossomed into Wigan's star player since his £2.5million switch from Crystal Palace in 2010 and Aston Villa's chief scout Glenn Roeder watched him against Arsenal on Monday.
