Aston Villa have tabled a £5 million offer for Valencia centre-forward Nikola Zigic.
The Daily Mail says Villa boss Martin O'Neill wants to strengthen his forward line, and Valencia's sporting director Juan Sanchez has revealed he is closing in on Zigic.
