Villa, Norwich set for tribunal over Lambert fee

Norwich City and Aston Villa are set to go to a tribunal over Paul Lambert's compensation row.

The Sunday Mirror says Villa face a stormy Premier League tribunal with Norwich as their bitter row looks set to drag on.

New Villa boss Lambert is being backed by the League Managers' Association over his decision to quit Carrow Road.

Lambert claims he had a clause in his contract allowing him to speak to other clubs which Norwich chief executive David McNally ignored.
