Aston Villa could be forced to pay Darren Bent to leave Villa Park.

The Sun says Bent is certain to leave as he had a poor relationship with boss Paul Lambert.

A target of Newcastle, Fulham and Hull, Bent has two years left on his £65,000-a-week deal yet none of the clubs want to pay more than £50,000 a week.

This means Bent's exit is certain to cost Villa as they will have to pay the missing thousands.
