Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is chasing his former Celtic striker Henrik Larsson.

Larsson has just signed a new one year deal with Helsingborg, but it includes a clause stating that he is allowed to move on loan during the off season.

"I am glad that I am wanted anywhere and appreciate people's interest," Larsson said. "This is a very important time, and I have to make the right decision."

A return to Manchester United could also be on for the Swede, with Louis Saha facing almost a month out due to a new knee injury.
