Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill intends to make a bid for Crystal Palace midfielder Sean Scannell.
The Birmingham Mail says the 17-year-old Crystal Palace winger is viewed as one for the future by O'Neill, who will be asked to fork out in the region of £3million.
