Aston Villa midfielder Ciaran Clark had little to celebrate, despite his brace against Arsenal.
Clark struck both of Villa's goals in the 4-2 defeat.
He said: "Against Arsenal, obviously the result took the gloss of my goals.
"When you score you want it to mean something.
"Yes, it is something I will never forget but we didn't go on and get something.
"Now we have to take the second-half performance against Arsenal and put that into effect for the whole game at Birmingham - then we will have a good chance."
