Aston Villa goalkeeper Brad Guzan was delighted with his call-up for the draw with Newcastle United.
Guzan, 27, responded with an impressive display and now Shay Given wants to know where he stands.
American stopper Guzan said: "I think this is just a preview of things to come.
"We have a young team but we have a bunch of hungry lads that want to get after it."
