Villa keeper Given happy for Krul over Newcastle success
Aston Villa goalkeeper Shay Given is happy to see Tim Krul doing so well at Newcastle United.
Krul used to come to Given for advice when he was No.1 at the club.
“He’s been playing really well, making saves and keeping the team in games.
“Sometimes they are sneaking 1-0 win and he’s been man of the match and he deserves credit for that.
“He’s taken his game to a new level and has been one of the keepers of the season.”“Tim has been fantastic and one of the reasons why they are so high in the league is his form,” the Irishman told the Sunday Mercury.
