Shay Given has hailed Aston Villa teammate Christian Benteke as "fantastic".
The striker is currently recovering from a groin injury.
He told the Daily Mail: "He's a fantastic player, really strong lad who looked at home in the Premier League last season and people might forget it was his first season. One of the bigger signings for Aston Villa over the summer was keeping him and signing a new contract. He is our talisman really and a good guy as well, he is really keen to learn and improve which is good."
