Oldham Athletic centre-back James Tarkowski is attracting Premier League interest.

Tarkowski has been linked with Manchester United this season.

And the Express & Star says West Bromwich Albion are interested in Tarkowski, sending a scout to watch him in the game against Notts County on Tuesday night.
