Skysports.com reports that Aston Villa are lining up a move for Dutch starlet Arsenio Halfhuid of Excelsior Rotterdam. The defender is a regular in the Under 18 squad of Excelsior after leaving Feyenoord.
Villa are hoping to win the chase for Halfhuid with boss Martin O'Neill keen on developing the Dutchman as one for the first team in the future.
