Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is chasing Tottenham winger Wayne Routledge.
The Guardian says the former Crystal Palace winger has struggled to make an impact since moving to White Hart Lane two years ago, making only five appearances for Spurs in between loan spells at Portsmouth and Fulham.
