Rennes midfielder Tongo Hamed Doumbia is being linked with a move to England.
The 22 year-old is said to be in talks with a Premier League club over a £2 million transfer.
Aston Villa, Fulham, Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion have all been following Doumbia this past season.
