Villa face stiff competition for Arsenal's Senderos

Philippe Senderos is expected to leave Arsenal this summer.

The Switzerland international defender spent last season on-loan at AC Milan, but failed to convince them to turn the deal into a permanent transfer.

Meanwhile, Le Journal de la Nati says Hertha Berlin, Aston Villa and especially Frank Rijkaard's Galatasaray are all keen on Senderos.

In Italy, Fiorentina chief Pantaleo Corvino hopes to bring him to Florence for next season.
