Premier League interest in Crewe Alexandra midfielder Luke Murphy is intensifying.
The Express & Star says Aston Villa could face competition from Newcastle United if they want to sign goalscoring midfielder Murphy, 23, from League One side Crewe.
Alex boss Steve Davis has admitted he expects to lose Murphy in the summer.
