RacingGenk striker Jelle Vossen is a target for Everton and Aston Villa.
The Daily Mail says the 21-year-old has hit a prolific run of form scoring 13 goals in nine league games and has also been on target four times in European matches.
He signed a new five-year contract with Genk last month and is rated in the £5 million class.
