Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert has his fingers crossed that Gabby Agbonlahor will be fully fit for Saturdayā€™s clash with West Ham United.

The speedy attacker missed last weekā€™s 2-1 loss to Everton after injuring his foot when colliding with advertising boarding in the 4-3 West Midlands derby win over West Bromwich Albion the weekend prior.

Ahead of the home meeting with the Hammers, Lambert was looking forward to again having Agbonlahorā€™s pace in the front third.

"Gabby is looking good at the moment. We've missed him and his speed,ā€¯ he said.

"I think we should have got at least a draw against Everton. Having him back would be a major coup for us."
