Lens goalkeeper Charles Itandje is wanted by Premiership pair Derby County and Aston Villa.

Villa boss Martin O'Neill is keen on landing the stopper, who is valued at £1m by his French club. But Derby's Billy Davies wants competition for current first choice Stephen Bywater.

Itandje, 24, who once had a trial at Liverpool, has been very impressive in France.
