Aston Villa defender Richard Dunne says they can be proud of their point at Stoke City.
Dunne was voted man-of-the-match by the Sky Sports studio guest Gary Neville as he led the backline brilliantly against an aerial bombardment by the Potters.
He told Villa's website: "We had a few chances and we might have scored. But we have to be happy with a point because it's a tough place to come.
"We knew it was going to be a tough test and I think we can be proud of ourselves after that performance. We worked really hard and thoroughly deserved the draw.
"We were happy with a point too because it's a very difficult place to come. A lot of teams have been undone at the Britannia Stadium over the past few seasons.
"It's been disappointing in previous games to concede goals from a lot at set-pieces but we stood strong in this game and got the rewards.
"I thought it was a good, solid display from all the boys." "For us to keep a clean sheet was great and we will take the point. We have lost the last two games and even though we were defeated at Arsenal we felt it was an improvement. This is another stepping stone for us going forward.
