Aston Villa defender Carlos Cuellar insists he doesn't pay attention to the transfer talk in the press.

This morning, Cuellar was linked with Real Madrid in AS following the season-ending injury suffered by Pepe.

Cuellar said: "There is so much news about transfers and players and I don't like it. Even when we win or when we lose I don't like to read it. "For me I prefer to read about fashion and cars and that helps my English. And when I am reading, if I find a word I don't know. I look it up in the dictionary.

"For me it is Men's Health, GQ and anything to do with style or fashion. There are no football pages for me."
