Aston Villa captain Ron Vlaar has heaped praise on Nathan Baker for the way he fought back from his own goal during victory over Reading.
Baker shook off the setback to help Villa to a vital win.
"I just walked over to Nathan after it happened and told him 'Keep your head, there is nothing you can do to change it and just go on'.
"The goal was unfortunate but he kept going and that was the most important thing for himself and for the team," said Vlaar.
