Aston Villa captain Ron Vlaar is delighted with his current form.

The defender is back in the Holland squad this week.

"When we reached midseason, we took a lot of points and that line has been extended more or less this season. We now have ten points from seven matches, but played against many top clubs.

"Also in those games we sometimes took points. That gives us confidence, " said Vlaar.
