Aston Villa captain Stiliyan Petrov believes they're primed to win silverware this season.
Villa have not won a trophy since the League Cup in 1996 but are dreaming of a sensational cup double.
Midfielder Petrov, 30, believes they can cope with an FA Cup replay at home to Crystal Palace a week tomorrow before facing Manchester United in the Carling Cup final four days later.
Petrov, whose late goal earned a 2-2 draw at Palace on Sunday, said: "This club has been crying out for silverware. The first thing is to get some and then break into the top four.
"People will look at it and say, 'Yes, they can make it'. Well, we'll see if we can."
