Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood is seeking a shrink to work with his players.

No side has scored fewer in all four divisions than the Midlands club's return of 13 league goals and they are also 11 top-flight matches without a victory .

"It's a psychology job," said Sherwood.

"If there's someone out there that I think can help the group, whether that be a coach or sports psychologist - whoever it is, we wouldn't turn it down.

"They should be used to it but I don't think you can every get used to this.

"They're in this position for a reason. We have to find that reason and try to get it out."
