Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill has hailed the courage of winger Ashley Young.

Young was kicked on the calf as he was bashed by Zilina but should be fit to continue his amazing season tomorrow.

Villa boss O'Neill said: "He gets fouled and he gets up.

"He has a fantastic heart - if he donated it to posterity you would find it's twice the size of his body.

"He's an amazing character. I can put up with his chirpiness for his ability."
