Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill admits he's disappointed for Steve Sidwell after he suffered a knee injury this week.

O'Neill told Villa's website: "I am disappointed for Steve because he has worked so hard. He wants to make a big impression at Villa Park.

"He didn't play much first team football at Chelsea last season so he is desperate to make his mark and do well here. I am hoping it's just a set-back."
