Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill could face former club Celtic this summer.
Villa were drawn alongside a Scottish side and Spanish outfit Malaga in the Peace Cup.
Celtic need to win the Clydesdale Bank Premier League to qualify for the pre-season tournament where the Scottish champions will face Villa and Malaga in the group stages.
Celtic, who lead rivals Rangers by one point in the SPL table, won three domestic titles and reached the UEFA Cup final during O'Neill's time in charge between 2000 and 2005.
Villa are due to play Malaga on July 25 and could also meet Celtic on July 29.
The prestigious tournament in the Andalucia region of Spain runs from July 24 to August 2 and also features Real Madrid, Ajax, Juventus, Porto, Lyon and Seville.
