Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill won't discuss his summer transfer budget with chairman Randy Lerner until season end.
"I haven't looked that far ahead I am now concentrating absolutely on the final charge of the season," he said.
"I can add quantity anytime I want. The one lesson is you have to add quality.
"I will sit down at the end of the season and discuss that. There is no point in telling you something without discussing it with the owner.
"Financially it is tough out there but we are not going to be running this club in the manner of other clubs."
