Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill was delighted to see Steve Sidwell get on the scoresheet in their victory over Wigan.
Sidwell's goal was a reminder of the Sidwell of old, when he played a key role in Reading's successful maiden Premier League campaign in 2006/07.
"When I get into those positions there is only one thought on my mind, that is to shoot," he admitted.
O'Neill said: "I was absolutely delighted with him.
"He's had a couple of injuries and a few setbacks but he's got great enthusiasm and so desperately wants to do well."
