Villa boss McLeish tells N'Zogbia to buck up ideas

Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish has told moaning Charles N'Zogbia to buck up his ideas.

N'Zogbia has used Twitter to air his unhappiness just eight months after the Aston Villa manager paid Wigan £9.5million for him.

But McLeish hit back at the winger, saying: "If Charles is not enjoying his football, then he needs to do something about it on the pitch by consistently playing well.

"It's no coincidence that the best moments he has had in a Villa shirt have come when he is working hard, because that's the best way to get rewards in any line of business."
