Aston Villa goalkeeper Shay Given will face Manchester United, says manager Alex McLeish.
The Villa keeper broke down in tears before their 0-0 draw at Swansea last Sunday, following the suicide of his close pal and former Toon team-mate, Wales manager Gary Speed.
However, McLeish insists the veteran shot-stopper has trained all week and is available for selection against the champions.
The Scot said: "I think he's been in touch with Gary Speed's family, and he's been training as normal.
"I think their families went on holiday together.
"I'm proud of Shay for Sunday. It was a sad day. He handled it really well.
"Shay is shell-shocked, like a lot of the boys, but he has got on with it."
