Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish admits he's getting tough with his players.
The club suspended midfielder Barry Bannan as they conduct an investigation into him being quizzed on suspicion of drink driving when a car crashed into a motorway central reservation.
Bannan will miss tomorrow's match at Sunderland while the club look into the matter.
McLeish, who refused to talk specifically about Bannan, said: "We have to have discipline but I'm not going to add to the statement made this week.
"We have to have mutual respect, we're in the professional world and there have to be ground rules. When people cross the line you have to have discipline."
