Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish had no problem with Luke Young's move to QPR.

Young chose to make the move as McLeish was pushing for the players to be living within 30 miles of the club's training base.

Eck explained: "With Luke Young it was a difficult because of his family situation.

"Last season he wasn't in the plans and he moved his family back to London, now to tell him to move his family back again, I could understand the problems with that.

"It will take time to get it fully integrated."
