Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert has no concern over sack rumours.
Lambert has seen his side fail to win in five games without scoring.
He told the Birmingham Mail: "It's not a monetary thing, I want to do my best for this club and drive it on. This is a brilliant club and I enjoy the pressure.
"You must meet it head-on because the fear makes you perform better.
"It's part of the game and I know what it is like.
"I never felt comfortable as a player and I don't feel comfortable as a manager. I live on fear - it's professionalism and professional pride.
"You come through it and get on with it. Criticism is part of game and you take it."
