Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert admits he hasn't played Andi Weimann to his strengths this season.

The Austrian struck twice in victory over Hull City.

Lambert said: "Andi, I'm delighted for him for his two goals.

"He's probably better as a natural striker, but when (Christian) Benteke and that are fit it's hard on that side of it. He can play round about Christian and (Libor) Kozak no problem at all, but he's also done a great job for me in wide areas."
