Aston Villa boss Gerard Houllier is enjoying seeing Tottenham swept up in transfer market hype.
The ex-Liverpool and Lyon boss said, that of late, every time a player is linked with a move, Spurs are the first team on the list.
"Every time there's a player available Tottenham is mentioned," he said after Ashley Young was linked with a move to north London earlier in the year.
"I'm sure Harry (Redknapp) must think 'what is going on?'
"Every time there's a player it's Tottenham.
"Maybe in two years it will be Aston Villa."
