Aston Villa boss Gerard Houllier says Kenny Dalglish is in for a culture shock taking charge of Liverpool.
Houllier believes the media demands will stun the Scot.
He said: "I think Kenny will see a change. Many things have changed - not only the press.
"They are more numerous. Radio, TV crews, written press are all in greater numbers.
"But there are other things as well. It is more difficult. There is no time for patience now. No time for time.
"Somebody told me what happened to Sir Alex 20 years ago (when he lost games and was close to the sack).
"If it happened now ... well, I don't think he would survive. I think he is aware of that."
