Aston Villa boss Gerard Houllier has hinted at signing trialist Omar Cummings.

The Jamaica international is training with Villa and a loan deal from Colorado Rapids is on the cards.

"I see him getting better and better in every training session," said Houllier. "I'll make a decision soon.

"First he came and he had jet lag and he was tired because he had the Caribbean Cup so we will see.

"It will be a loan deal, but we need a work permit."
